UMAT/VMAT In Abaqus Subroutine

Dear all, 

I am a student and trying to write user-defined subroutine, what is good to
write in UMAT or VMAT for woven fabric 3D model and If I have equations for
micro model from the tensile test, compressive test, and shear test and I
want to write a User-defined material model based on my Equations for
complete macro model with introducing T-sai failure criteria in Abaqus
subroutine, 
Can you help me to write the subroutine or may you send your Umat which you
made?
