Rules to build book we broken some time ago. As of revision 515 making
dvi should also (with the rest of documentation) build dvi version of the
Axiom book. ATM rules to build pdf version are unimplemented.

In Nag version there is a common source for .ht and corresponding
parts of the Axiom book. It should be relatively easy to just
restore Nag build process (but it would requre some work to merge
back Tim's changes to the book). But I am not sure if we want
to do things in a way Nag did them, so I am still thinking about
best way of organizing documentation. And, since I am busy with
other things it takes time.
