Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to inform you of  a workshop on CSC:
SIAM Workshop on Combinatorial Scientific Computing (CSC04)
(following the SIAM Conference on Parallel Processing for Scientific
Computing, PP04)
Fri Feb 27--28, 2004
Hyatt at Fishermans's Wharf, San Francisco
Organizers: John Gilbert, Bruce Hendrickson, Alex Pothen and Sivan Toledo

Further details will be posted there and announced here
as they are worked out. A number of talks at PP04 are CSC related,
thanks to the Co-Chairs of the Organizing Committee of PP04,
Mike Heroux, Padma Raghavan, and Horst Simon.

Since this is our first meeting in CSC, I would encourage all of you
to make it a success by attending, and by encouraging your colleagues to
attend. A successful meeting will help us plan for regular meetings
in the future!
Please contact John, Bruce, Sivan, or me with ideas you have
for making CSC04 a success.
