The version I forked just had syntax highlighting. And the top spot in the extensions search in vscode in case I can get these changes merged if people are happy with them. I added the ability to use an LSP server and a DAP server which means you now get hover-over documentation and interactive debugging. These server programs are provided separately. Installation instructions are in my fork of the extension. One day this might be more slick.
