run_testsuite with accident calls to asksign

The limit code first attempts to find the limit without asking the user any questions, and if that fails it tries a second time with questions allowed. As an experiment, I wondered what would happen if we allowed questions to the first time—easy experiment to do.
Once again, I have forgotten a magic option to make the testsuite run okay when it encounters an asksign. Without this bit of magic, the testsuite gets tangled up doesn't finish properly.
Yes, I did review the user-documentation for 'run_testsuite,' but I did not find the needed magic.
