"Normalizator" in group theory articles should be "Normalizer"

I can't say I've ever encountered "normalizator" for the name of the
operation on groups that makes normal subgroups.  "Normalizer" is the
right word.  The articles in which "Normalizator" appears are GROUP_3
and GROUP_10.
