Actually, it should be a 403 error (access denied). Quite some time  
ago I decided to switch the service off-line, because of notorious  
break-in attacks. It turned out that TWiki's old Perl-based code was  
hard to maintain properly and vulnerable to various exploits. I  
remember once trying to migrate the archived data into a more modern  
fork of TWiki called Foswiki, but that attempt failed and after that I  
hadn't found the time and energy to work on in again. It's a pity that  
the site hasn't been operational for a long time now, but I can't  
promise to revive it anytime soon, sorry.
