Dear PARI lovers, I am pleased to announce the release of GP2C 0.0.9pl4, the GP to C translator. The sources can be obtained through the address http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/download.html#gp2c This release is targeting the new release PARI 2.7 and the coming development release 2.8. Bugs fix: - Wrappers did not handle types correctly - global() could be misparsed. - option -C (range checking code) did not work. - generate correct compile_command when -o is in use. Added: - Basic support for 0x and 0b integer prefix. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - GP2C is a compiler for GP-scripts that output C code to be linked with libpari or install'ed in GP. It can be used to compile and run a GP script, to learn how to use the PARI library, or to check a script for mistakes (with -W). It also includes gp2c-run which provides a simple way to compile PARI programs written in C, and gp2c-dbg which allow to run code under the debugger. Cheers, Bill.
