[PATCH v3 0/1] use fltk's CXXFLAGS during configure and build

This fixes detection of FLTK and the subsequent build on systems where
the fltk headers are installed in a nonstandard location. François Bissey
originally fixed this issue in Gentoo; I've only tweaked his patch in
minor ways.
