Both the Xeus and the python kernel are now available on the CNRS PLM jupyterhub
server <https://jupyterhub.math.cnrs.fr/> for testing, thanks to Philippe from
the PLM team.

I tested "factor(2^2048+1)" and I got
Xeus kernel:   3min, 59,026 ms.
Python kernel: 7min, 19,271 ms.
