Dear Tochnogers,

Here is another useful tip:

Tochnog Contribution provided by Rebeca Cremona

Those of us using Tochnog to solve contact problems very early learn that i=
f he contact geometry is complicated passing on to Tochnog the set containi=
ng the contacting nodes may time consuming.

Rebecca Cremona contributed this method for assigning the node boundary. He=
re are her two examples, one for single geometry item and one for a geometr=
y set:

=85=85.
	geometry_line 1 0 0 1 -1 1 .1

	area_node_dataitem 1 =96geometry_line 1 -node_boundary

	area_node_dataitem_integer 1 -yes =

=85..

Now for a geometry set and using tochnog macro definitions:

=85.

	start_define

  		lower_edge geometry_polynomial 0

	end_define

	start_define

 	 	top_edge geometry_line 1

	end_define

	start_define

  		all_edges geometry_set 0

	end_define

		lower_edge 0 0 1 -1 1 .1

	top_edge -1 1 1 1 .01 =

	all_edges -lower_edge -top_edge

	area_node_dataitem 1 -all_edges -node_boundary

	area_node_dataitem_integer 1 -yes

=85.

Enjoy!
