I gave it a try.

The file included in the updated archive is called libquadmath-0.dll. 
Tochnog requires libquadmath_64-0.dll, so it keeps failing even when the 
new file is added.

I renamed the file from the updated archive to the name required by the 
app (by including the "_64" string in the name) and tried to run 
Tochnog.exe. Now it fails with the error:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to 
close the application.
##########################

This is Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit, no service pack. AMD FX-4100 quad 
core at 3.6 GHz, 8 GB of RAM. All Tochnog files and DLLs are in the same 
directory C:\Users\whatever\Tochnog-for-windows-64\

What else can I do to fix it?
