post_global documentation inconsistency

Dear all, Maybe a minor issue but just for the record :) Tochnog manual says: post_global index name_0 name_1 ... while if you inspect the file database.cc you can see: no_index[POST_GLOBAL] = 1; which (as I understand) means that the index is ignored. I have checked and really the value of index does not matter.
