Issues with disk1.dat example

--k+w/mQv8wyuph6w0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Dear Tochnog Users, I encounter two issues with disk1.dat example. 1) Firstly, in this example there is circle geometry defined with radius tolerance of 0.01. Then control_mesh_adjust_geometry command is used to make the mesh point to nicely follow the circle geometry. However the radius tolerance of 0.01 is to small -- the nodes of refined geometry do not fall into circle geometry area (the annulus), so after refinement nodes stay distributed on a line instead on the circle. Increasing the radius tolerance to 0.05 fixes the issue. In the attachment you will find images illustrating the annulus (circle) geometry for different radius tolerance and mesh before adjustment and after. Well, this is solved, but not the next one. 2) The unresolved so far issue is with displacement field. I have printed the mesh to VTK format and got totally absurd mesh node coordinates (negative values for x coordinates) as well as for velocity field. The same for gid output. I attach the data file. If someone would have a chance to run this example with his/her version of Tochnog I would be very grateful for information if the displacement and velocity fields looks correct.
