Bug and work around

The command: post_line_dof -sigyy , used to compute the average stress on a line segment, does not give correct answers when using quad9 elements with reduced integration. However, I have also found tentatively, that the correct average stress is obtained by multiplying the Tochnog result by the length of the line segment where the average is found. This gives us a work around to the problem. I concluded the above based on one case I run. It would be good if somebody else confirms, independently, the work around to the problem and let us all know.
