Repository for Tochnog sources

Hi,

There was a recent comment about old CVS repository of Tochnog.
I have added Git repository and updated it with the most
recent source I could find on SourceForge. The repository
can be found here:

https://sourceforge.net/p/tochnog/git/ci/master/tree/

This is just starting version. It should compile on Linux, though
I have to test it yet. There is much to do to bring this repository
to shape, however. For instance I intend to switch from autotools
to CMake. 

Alternatively one can look at my clone of Tochnog at:
https://femdk.l5.pk.edu.pl/TochnogLib

This is somehow experimental, however it should compile.
