L4Re/Fiasco IO memory map.

Hi,
I have a SATA controller card.  When I try to map in the IO memory from 
the PCI BAR regs an NMI is generated - and the mapping doesn't seemed to 
have worked (fully?).  What might generate this NMI?

The same platform/device works fine in Linux.
