Hi,

In NICTA::Pistachio there seems to be different kinds of trace
#defines. Is there a convenient way to enable/disable each type at
compile time? I couldn't spot an obvious enabling mechanism digging
the build system. Could you briefly explain how is the mainstream way
of using them?
