Swap memory pages to hard diskand other questions

Hello l4ka, Does anyone could explain how to choose memory pages for swap out to a hard disk? Is there any way to detect that page have been accessed by a thread since last check? Is it possible to use the local IPC between threads that running on different CPUs? How to reboot the kernel by an application? Using the key '6' from the built-in debugger is not convenient.
