Requesting advice on weather to use L4Linux or Wombat

Hello,

I am new to both L4Linux and Wombat. I'd like to be able to run at least
two instances of Linux on an embedded device (specifically an Xscale based
gumstix). Originally I was looking at Wombat; it seems to do everything I
want.

My understanding is that one of the lower layers underneath Wombat is L4.
Is this not the same L4 that L4Linux is using?

It looks like L4Linux supports an Xscale processor (and a good handful other
processor types), but the front page of the L4Linux site seems to suggest I
should use Wombat for embedded projects. Why?

Are there advantages / disadvantages to either?

Thanks in advance,

Rob
