hello world

I am new to the L4 kernel but love what i see.
Can someone please help me get started in building servers for it?
Is there somewhere I can find a hello world program?
What is pingpong ?  I thought it was the game but now i am not so sure.

Learning to boot the kernel and run two servers which send different data
out two com ports would be all i need to understand the basics of the L4
kernel.

Any help on this would make my year.  Thanks a million.
