RE: pistachio compile error

Hi  Jowkju,

Without having looked at the details, I'd suggest you to use the CVS version
of pistachio (http://l4ka.org/projects/pistachio/download.php#devel ).
Version 0.4 is more than outdated.

Hi, Everyone~

I tried to compile pistachio kernel on both a RHEL4-2.6.9 and a
Ubuntu-2.6.17.
I succeed to compile the pistachio kernel on RHEL4-2.6.9 and but, failed on
a Ubuntu-2.6.17, both for ia32 env.
I used a gcc-3.4.6, gawk-3.1.3(awk), IDL4 on both. I want to know why failed
on Ubuntu.

I found that “ia32-kernel-build/include/asmsyms.h” had not been made
completely when compiling on Ubuntu.
Due to the incomplete file, the other files failed to be compiled later.

“ia32-kernel-build/include/asmsyms.h” made during compiling on RHEL4 was
