Hello l4ka,

  According to the "L4 eXperimental Kernel Reference Manual"
  there are two functions for control ExceptionHandler.

  According to the manual, these functions can control ID of
  exception handler thread for himself.
  How to set exception handler for any other thread except himself?

  This problem may arise in case of emulation of x86 INT instruction.
