No it isn't available for PPC. I can't really answer how much work it is to
port it, since "much" depends on the person(s) porting it. l4ka-resourcemon
(aka marzipan) is mostly generic C-code which can be ported in a
straight-forward manner. But surely you'll find a fair number of obvious and
hidden assumptions that the system runs on IA-32 when doing so.
