On the request of Will please don't slashdot this - I realize this is a
semi-open list but I figured it had a high concentration of likely
signors.

Subject: TIME VALUE: SCO vs. IBM sign-on letter

Brian --

The letter is attached in final form.

[...]
We want to get as many prominent U.S. signers (it's going to Congress) as
we can between now and March 4 (10 days). Since this is going to Congress,
we want, more or less in order:

-- People who can sign for their companies, the larger the better, users
included. Thus, CIOs and CXOs of Ford, IBM, Oracle, Burlington. We also
want smaller and mid sized cos. too. (We will take folks lower than CXO
level, of course, but strongly prefer someone who can sign for the company
as a whole. Otherwise, it's just one person signing.)
-- Non-profits of consequence (OSI, et al.)
-- Gurus/famous people.

[...]
Call, mail with questions, but please circulate this high an low. If ou
know of any good lists (reasonable small so as to avoid slashdot effect)
please circulate there, too.

Thanks!

Will
