This is something that many FSB folk have been trying to get businesses to buy into, though maybe not with the same sales pitch. There is a key difference, though: Timing. SCO helped this case. Lindows helped this case. Perhaps even Lessig helped this case. Inadvertently, many of the people on the list helped this. Is it the right time? Maybe. Time will tell. This is good news, because this means it's more likely niche markets will do the same. In a few years, we may actually have sentience.
