*That* suggests a good agenda: get them to write the actual tax code
in a machine processable format.
It's tricky because:
(a) you have to design the language in which to express the
rules
(b) you have to make writing in that language an attractive
option for the people authoring the rules
(There have been academic experiments in this area, as i recall.
Google may turn some up.)
