You haven't studied some core software releases very closely then,
I gather.   The wishing-well fantasy in which the Internet magically
codes-to-spec for free has been well and truly proven to be nothing
more than a fantasy.   From a hard-ass perspective, after ~20 years,
we've *almost* got core unix working.....
