Track record explains a lot in business.  Anyone spending money would rather
increase what they spend with trusted partners and suppliers rather than find
some other with unknown track record.

It doesn't matter if it is VC money, or consulting support, or IT purchases,
of off-the-shelf stuff at Walmart.
