Right. But waiting isn't necessary. If a whole bunch of po' people have
and use OOo and can accept documents in .odt, then even the people who
can afford Windows/MS Office today had better get OOo if they want file
compatibility with the masses.

Therefore, having many pirated copies of Windows/Office in the poor
country forces legit businesses to buy Windows/Office instead of using OOo.

Ain't this called the "nutwerk affect" or sumpin like dat?
