I've been reading a lot of Clayton Christensen on disruptive innovation 
(obvious to anybody reading my blog :-) If anyone is interested in 
Christensen I highly recommend starting with his latest book, "Seeing 
What's Next", as it's the most evolved version of his theories, and also 
has lots of interesting examples, many relevant to FSBs.

I've also been reading Eric von Hippel's "Democratizing Innovation", but 
haven't finished yet; it's also of interest to FSBs.
