[mh] Need to re-sync insteon links after upgrade

Hi,

I have an Insteon Hub 2242-222

I upgrade my MH installation from 4.2 to 5 and after that, I needed to
resync all my links.

I downgraded back to 4.2 and nothing worked until I resync my links again.

I upgraded back to the latest stable release and once again had to resync.

Not a big deal, but is that the expected behavior?
