I saw in your logs "Returning short format. Accept-Encoding=" which means
Alexa is not sending the gzip header so mh is sending the short formatted
response and oddly your echos don't like it for some reason. Previously
your echos were sending a gzip header and with gzip the long response was
ok and would support a good amount of devices. My echos have never behaved
like yours does, no gzip and doesn't mind the short format. Anyway, we
could add an .ini switch to force the long format and one for gzip which
should solve the problem.

I see a reset helped, maybe Amazon switched something back. Let me know if
you want me to add the new switches.
