This is Ubuntu Server 20.04. This is a log of al packages that I installed.

I don't remember the exacts of what worked (audio-wise) but I had to wrap
cepstral with aoss and play with psdsp.
/usr/local/bin/swift contains (not complete):
/usr/bin/aoss $SWIFT_BIN/swift.bin ${1+"$@"}

It that helps, great. Otherwise me thinks that if PulseAudio is the
probable reason, web searches will be my friend. :)
