[mh] CaddX Alarm

I've made some cool-to-me adjustments to the caddx code that allows me to
monitor even more, know if a zone is bypassed, know if the panel lost
power, etc. It's possible that the code changes I made will break someone
else's implementation, however. Is anyone else using the caddx code that I
should coordinate with before changes are published in a pull request?
