Thank you for your support on all of this, Hollie ("H Plato?", I'm not
sure how you like to be addressed).
I want to go after one possible misconception for future readers of this
thread. Just now I checked out an old copy of MH that predated the
creation of the fallback directory. get_weather fails in the same way
as it does now. Splitting lib in to lib and lib/fallback didn't create
this problem. In fact, fallback would have solved it except for an
implementation error that I'm about to address. I'm hoping that Hollie
will create a new release with the fallback changes in it, and I don't
want there to be a misimpression that the change broke get_weather. It
didn't break it, it just didn't fix it either.
I expect to have a pull request up this week, hopefully today.
