[mh] Sonoff mini, MQTT and Misterhouse

Following an email trail with Paul Onley I've written up how to get a 
Sonoff Mini to work with Misterhouse and MQTT

I'd like to add the attached screen grabs, anyone know how to do this?

I'm still hoping to get my proposals to support mqtt wildcards into Git, 
in the meantime how to do this is documented on the Tasmota page.
