First, kudos to anyone working on docs!

well, I think get_tv_grid no longer works, because IIRC the source of 
data went away. I _just_ got my entire TV implementation working again, 
so it's relatively fresh in my head.  You want to be running 
get_tv_grid_xmltv, which can use the XML coming from SchedulesDirect and 
XMLTV.

You configure XMLTV to do the pull from scheduledDirect, and then you 
feed the XML to get_tv_grid_xmltv with tv_xml = d:/temp/tv.xml (or 
wherever) in the mh.private.ini
