The pins for the ESP are on the TYWE3S board. Have a look here:

Looks like it should be pretty easy to flash. Now, figuring out
how to control the dimmer after that might be... non-trivial.
Unless there are pins connected to the TYWE3S that aren't visible
from your photos, it appears the communication may be with some
serial protocol, which would need to be figured out, as the only
pads visibly connected are Vcc, GND, EN, TX and RX. Maybe some
more searches will reveal a template that will work with these

I don't know why so many companies are reluctant to
make their stuff easy to modify. I guess it is
support requests (ex: warranty returns after people
bust things) or maybe it's something their lawyers
said. Unfortunate either way.
