Hi Howard, Have you seen Marc's blog posts on this topic? The latest seems to be this one: http://marc.merlins.org/perso/linuxha/post_2010-08-13_Fine-grained-house-wide-power-monitoring-with-Brultech-ECM1240_-ecmread_py-_with-net-metering-support_-and-graphing-with-cacti.html A decade old but I'd still take a look there as a starting point, see what the equivalent products today are, e.g. the Brultech Greeneye, etc. Good pointers and experiences that Marc shares there. And Cacti would probably still be in the picture, of course. Cheers, Eloy Paris.- On Sun, May 23, 2021 at 08:41:28AM -0600, H Plato wrote: > Has anyone found any good DIY power monitoring solutions? My panel is full and I’d to get an idea of the average and peak load. I have a 100a service, and the wiring from the utility isn’t sized for 200a, so an upgrade would be pretty expensive. I’m hoping that the usage is low enough that I can just replace the panel without upgrading the service, so having usage tracking would be really helpful. > > ________________________________________________________ > To unsubscribe from this list, go to: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/misterhouse-users > ________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe from this list, go to: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/misterhouse-users
