[mh] misterhouse no longer controlling the lights

   A bit more background on my system.   MH is running on a Dell
computer running Centos 7 and most control is done thru the web
interface from another computer on the network and remote log on to the
MH server allows command line editing of the MH filesin the /opt/mista
directory.
  misterhouse-5.0 is the current system.

   The web interface is 8088/ia7/   but for checking the MH settings I
have to go to 8088/ia5/ where I can find the SetUp MH / Common Code
Activation and User Code Activation buttons.   No idea where these are
in the 8088/ia7/ web interface?

    There are no X10 item in the system any more.  All appliances are
Insteon.

Current Problem:  PLM appears to be blown new one on order,  coming by
camel.   Secondary issue "startup.log" in not being written to. Current
log in /opt/mista/data/logs is from Mar 10  2018 startup.log ?
