[mh] misterhouse no longer controlling the lights & PLM

Wow

    Received the new PLM at 3:00 pm today,  right after the old PLM
resumed working for no know reason.
This is the second trouble maker to do this during this week,  my NVR on
my security system quit talking to the cameras on Monday and then
started working on Thursday.  (no parts purchased for that one)

  But now I have a backup PLM if needed.   Argggg.
But the startup.log still is not being written and I can't find anything
in the Common Code that would switch it ON.
