I have a 2242 hub that I have been using for many years. It will control
X10 and Insteon so you don't need another PLM but you can use both if you
want.

For the Alexa Bridge module, I run mine on the MH native web port 8080 but
some people have reported that their Echo would not discover on any port
other than 80. You should be able to get apache to reverse proxy the
virtual directory that the Alexa module uses if you have to use port 80.
