Protege 2.1 Beta update (build 182)

Changes

1. Added a method to the PluginUtilities class to find classes with 
particular attributes and values.

2. Added a method on FrameEvent to return the "old values" on an 
ownSlotValueChanged event.

3. Created the UniqueStringWidget for acquiring a unique value for a slot. 
The values are tested for uniqueness against all frames in the entire 
knowledge base.

4. Changing a class role from concrete to abstract now (again) causes a 
warning dialog if that class has instances.

5. Prevented "archive" on new projects (which used to throw exceptions).

6. Put in work around for metrics panel header display problem on Mac.

7. The URLWidget can now display image files (thanks go to Holger for 
contributing this code).

8. The "add slot" button on the template slot widget now allows you to pick 
a slot which is not an instance of the default metaslot.

9. The server "connect" panel now shows the user's machine name for 
connected users.

10. The server now preloads all projects by default. This behavior can be 
disabled by passing the server the "-noprelaod" option.

11. Replaced the redundant "attached classes" panel in the slots tab with a 
"superslots" panel. Navigation with this panel directly parallels that of 
the superclasses panel in the classes tab.

12. The allowed-values for included symbol slots can no longer be edited.
