We've posted an update to the 3.4 release (version number 3.4.6, build 
613).

* Fixed several bugs in the MappingMaster plug-in [1].

* Fixed several bugs in Protege's SWRL support [2].

* Fixed a bug in the OWLDoc plug-in (Tools | Generate OWLDoc...) that 
caused large numbers of broken links in the generated HTML files.
