Protege 3.0 Beta update (build 35)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

Changes
-------------
1. Fixed some thread safety problems in the server.

2. Made a number of UI changes (colors, icons, etc).

3. Fixed some problems with the ClassesAndInstancesTab.

4. Made some performance improvements on some database access calls.

5. Renamed the nested Model ID interfaces (such as Model.Cls.ID -> 
Model.ClsID).

6. Fixed the RDF back-end which was broken in the previous build.

7. Constraints are no longer lost if they are attached to instances of 
:STANDARD-CLASS.

8. Changed the way the splitter panel lays things out by default in an 
attempt to avoid "hidden panels".
