[protege-releases] protege-releases will become protege-announce

Dear Protege Community,

Effective Monday, November 11th, the "protege-users" and 
"protege-releases" mailing lists will be merged into one list called 
"protege-announce".  The protege-announce mailing list will continue to 
be an announcement-only, low traffic list (approximately 2 messages per 
month).  The protege-announce list will be used to notify the community 
of new Protege and WebProtege builds, availability of Protege Short 
Courses, and information regarding Protege Conferences.

Current subscribers will automatically be moved to the new list.

Instruction for unsubscribing from protege-announce will be sent as part 
of the inaugural message after the merge.
