Protege 3.0 Beta update (build 120)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

**PLEASE NOTE: This is a candidate build for the 3.0 release. You may want 
to try this build out and report any bugs before they become part of an 
official release.

Changes
-------------
1. Fixed a problem that caused the "Search" button to not work reliably.

2. The "Export Slot Values" icon on the Queries tab now shows up.

3. Made some performance tweaks for the multi-user system.

4. Fixed problem that caused hidden frames to become visible after a merge.

5. The ProjectPlugin.afterLoad method is now called on both the client and 
the server in the multi-user system. Previously it was called by neither.

6. The KnowledgeBase.getFrame(FrameID) method now works for database 
projects. Thanks go to Todd Detwiler for contributing this code.
