Protege 3.1 Beta update (build 196)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

As you may have noticed, we are having problems with duplicate posting of 
messages to our protege-beta mailing list.  We apologize for the 
inconvenience and are working to find a solution to the problem.

Changes
-------------
1. Fixed a problem introduced in previous builds which resulted in null 
pointer exceptions in "removeCurrentWidgets".

2. Fixed a problem which prevented cursor changes on instance forms.

3. Fixed a problem which caused duplicated instances to get the wrong 
values for slots with subslots or template slot values.
