Protege 2.1 Beta update (build 200)

There's a new beta build available on our Web site:

Changes

1. Fixed a problem with plug-in dependency mechanism when dependent 
plug-ins are missing.

2. Plug-in class files will now load out of the plug-in subfolders.

3. Fixed a problem reading version 1.9 database projects from 2.1. This 
problem was introduced in one of the recent 2.1 builds.

4. Fixed a problem in the multiuser version that caused clients to stop 
updating.

5. Worked around a problem that would show up intermittently when writing a 
knowledge base to MS Access.

6. Fixed a problem in the Graph Widget that was causing nodes added 
programmatically (rather than through drag and drop) to draw into negative 
space behind the palette.
